On Site Labs Include: Urine Dip, Rapid Strep, Mononucleosis, Influenza, RSV, Urine Pregnancy, and Blood Sugar. All other labs are sent to an outside lab e.g. CBC, Thyroid, BMP.
PHARMACY
Commonly prescribed medication such as Azithromycin is available at our discounted house pharmacy. Each prescription is $10.
X-RAY
Whether it’s a broken toe, finger, or pneumonia we can see it all with our on-site x-ray.
EKG
12-lead electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG) is available at our location.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
Work Related Injuries, Pre-employment Physicals, DOT Physicals ($100), Drug and Alcohol Screening, TB Skin Test ($50).
PHYSICALS
We offer self-pay sports, school, camp, and preventative physical exams with no appointment necessary.
